    When should I clean the pre-filter?

    We recommend cleaning the pre-filter every 2~4 weeks. You can also open the cover to check its condition and clean it as needed to maintain optimal performance.
    The pre-filter is washable, does that mean I never need to replace the filter?

    No. Large particles like lint, pet and human hair are captured by the washable pre-filter, reducing buildup on the main HEPA filter and helping it last longer. Replace the main filter when needed.
    Can I power on and use the machine directly after receiving it?

    Not right away. Before the first use, turn the unit upside down and open the bottom cover to remove the power adapter. Then take the filter out of its plastic packaging, reinstall the filter and cover, and you'll be ready to power it on.
    How can I make the air purifier more effective?

    To ensure optimal performance:
    1. Place the unit at least 8 in (20 cm) away from walls or curtains.
    2. Select the appropriate fan speed based on your room's air quality.
    3. Let the purifier run for 30~60 minutes and monitor the results.
    Can this air purifier remove unwanted smells?

    This air purifier can help minimize common household smells, but it may not fully eliminate them. For best results, place the unit near the source of the smell for more effective performance.
    Can I turn off the blue ambient light?

    Yes. Hold the Light button for 3 seconds to switch it off. The light also turns off automatically when Sleep Mode is selected.
    How do I reset the new filter?

    After replacing the filter, press and hold the Filter Reset button for about 3 seconds until the white indicator light turns off. This means the filter reminder has been successfully reset.
